Amazon FBA Customer Service / Listing Specialist /Seller Central/

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Specialist to manage customer service and oversee listing performance within Amazon Seller Central. This role is exclusively focused on Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) sales and requires deep knowledge of the Amazon platform, strong problem-solving skills, and fluent English communication—both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Amazon customer inquiries, complaints, and resolution via Seller Central in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize Amazon product listings (title, images, bullet points, backend keywords, A+ content, etc.)
- Track and respond to customer reviews and feedback
- Monitor account health metrics and performance notifications
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure listing accuracy and inventory consistency
- Conduct regular competitor and keyword analysis for listing improvement
- Support FBA operations including shipment tracking, case opening with Amazon support, and returns management
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Amazon Seller Central, specifically for FBA operations
- Strong understanding of Amazon listing optimization and customer service practices
- Excellent verbal and written English skills (fluent/near-native level)
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar (a plus)
