**What you'll do**:
- Assist with management of calendar and contacts, including scheduling meetings to avoid conflicts - Coordinating meetings across time zones and competing priorities for the Executive team and other departments when needed - Help coordinate workshops and other team sessions in partnership with appropriate departments - Manage ad-hoc tasks as they arise, helping to coordinate logistics required for board meetings, company retreats, off-sites and company events with support from the People team & other operations focused team members
