HR Administrator with German and English Skills ID-186
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing employee data, and providing administrative support to our HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and check data in our time recording systems.
- Process and maintain personal and payrun-related data in our human resources information systems.
- Prepare and provide data for further processing by the locations' HR support teams.
- Create and track evaluations and statistics.
- Process inquiries from employees, managers, and HR departments.
- Participate in projects to improve existing processes or individual process steps.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- High school or equivalent education.
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or higher level of education.
- Good proficiency in written and verbal German (B1 CEFR) and very good proficiency in English (B2 CEFR).
