- Interact with Airbnb customers through current and future channels.
- Take end-to-end ownership of all assigned cases.
- Personalize communications to users with hospitality standards.
- Resolve user issues quickly considering context.
- Provide insights about community experiences to Management.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in multicultural customer service teams.
- Hospitality experience is a plus.
- Ability to work weekend days and public holidays.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Active listening skills.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customers.
- Strong organizational skills, including prioritization and multitasking.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
