Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DSP Account Manager, OTR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations leadership, you will be responsible for maximizing On The Road (OTR) operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead performance improvement initiatives across the region, focusing on safety, delivery times, and cost reduction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to implementing best practices and optimizing routing efficiency. Strong relationships with site operations, ACES, and CO teams are essential for seamless execution of regional plans.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute regional OTR strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives across the region, focusing on safety, delivery times, and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize routing efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with site operations, ACES, and CO teams to ensure seamless execution of regional plans.
• Partner with Regional Business Coaches to support the growth of DSPs within stations and identify opportunities for process improvements.

You'll Be Successful If
You have a Degree Qualification or equivalent, plus direct management experience in logistics, manufacturing, engineering, production, or distribution environments. Your excellent communication skills, including written and verbal, will help build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement is essential. Most importantly, you must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
