About the Role

This role is ideal for motivated and customer-focused individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of Amazon customers. As an Area Manager, you will lead a team of hourly workforce and be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time and to the right location.

• Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce
• Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborating with all support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
