We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as Sr. Product Manager for our Core Exports program. Exports allows customers to easily purchase international products from around the world through Amazon.com shopping hub marketplace. Core Exports serves customers in +200 RoW countries where Amazon does not have a dedicated marketplaces and we continue to create and manage innovative international business solutions to enhance customer experience for cross-border problems.

This position requires strong self-motivation and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work closely with technology to develop automated solutions for complex international problems. This position will be part of the International Expansion strategy and technology team which has global responsibility. We are looking for a product leader who has the ability to communicate priorities and work effectively with stakeholders, including teams across engineering, and business teams across the globe. You should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity that's higher than most projects and relish the idea of solving cross-border/ cross-regional problems. You will tackle novel, challenging situations every day and given the size of this initiative, you'll have the opportunity to work with multiple product and technical teams at Amazon in different locations.

In this role, your key responsibilities will be:

Identifying international challenges for all aspects of Amazon's businesses

Lead and deep dive into complex cross border use cases to improve the Core Exports Capabilities

Think big and invent new ways to improve experience for Amazon's international customer

Contributing to Amazon's bottom line

Working with stakeholders partners to provide compliant solutions

Mining and analyzing data for metrics and decision support

Driving results by exercising judgment using available information

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

• Experience with end to end product delivery

• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

• Experience as a product manager or owner

• Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base salary for this position ranges from $115,800/year up to $193,400/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
