This reimagined Seller mobile app is built for bold moves – it prioritizes usability, context-awareness, and actionable simplicity.
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who is passionate about inventing delightful mobile app experiences that empower millions of Amazon global selling partners to grow their business. This role will lead the UX vision and strategy to reimagine the Amazon Seller mobile app, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to prototype, develop, iterate, and launch impactful mobile experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring concepts to life through prototypes, motion, video, high-fidelity visuals, and physical form factors.
- Manage all phases of the innovation design lifecycle, including discovery, ideation, prioritization, refinement, and storytelling.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across leadership, technology, and product teams throughout the design process.
- Work with ambiguity to generate divergent concepts, exploring broad themes and identifying key insights for deeper development.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, mobile UX, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform design strategy.
- Use storytelling and presentation skills to communicate design strategies, outcomes, and deliverables clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience applying Scrum methodologies to UX and visual design processes.
- Experience designing complex workflows in UX.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative UX design solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
