Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a unique sales experience to customers
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
  • Support the Sales Team in the field by scheduling visits
  • Oversee the process from order to installation ensuring customer satisfaction and upselling additional products or services where applicable
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in telesales and customer service roles
  • Excellent phone sales techniques and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Ability to identify process improvements and enhance customer relationships
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages
  • Knowledge of CRM management and Salesforce would be a plus
