About the Role

This entry-level position requires a minimum of 2 years' experience and will be responsible for managing customer relationships in a specified market base as outlined in Oldcastle's SOPs.

The successful candidate will be located at our office in Langley, BC and will report directly to the hiring manager.

Main Responsibilities

Process and support customers' orders and inquiries related to their dedicated market
Provide courteous, timely, and effective customer service
Coordinate effectively with transportation, planning, engineering, and sales teams

Requirements

1+ year of customer service experience in an office environment
Comfortable using Excel
Ability to be adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment
