OTR Performance and Experience Lead ID-442

Job Description

This Senior DSP Account Manager, OTR Manager role will be responsible for defining the medium-term OTR strategy, leading and influencing internal and external stakeholders, and aligning AMZL processes, goals, and strategies with DSPs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects, programs, and teams, with strong analytical capability and a track record of finding solutions to operational problems.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Capacity Management: Owns, delivers, and executes regional resourcing plans (e.g., DA moves, % changes, capacity risk management)
• Programme & Project ownership: Coordinate OTR ACES and OTR Safety projects across the region
• Leadership: Dotted-line leadership of the regional AMDO and SMDO Community
