Role Overview

This Senior DSP Account Manager, OTR Manager role will be responsible for maximizing OTR operations and delivery associate experience by leveraging operational and stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, management, and performance improvement, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly in a field-based environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Safety: Collaborate with OTR safety and site operations to deliver regional safety metrics
• Experience: Create sustainable business practices that foster a 'win-win' culture between operations and delivery associates
• Performance: Deliver Regional WBR for on-road performance (DSP scorecard / Ops Scorecard) for the region
