Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with management objectives and parent company reporting requirements.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis including monthly variance analysis, comparing actual results to budget/forecast and preparing consolidated financial reports.
- Develop and evaluate business scenario models to assess potential future projects, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.
- Manage cash flow projections, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations and alignment with business trends and capital requirements.
- Support interim and year-end audits, including preparation of financial statements and reporting to the parent company.
- Prepare and present costing and pricing recommendations to senior management for decision-making purposes.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and other duties as assigned to support strategic and operational initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial analyst role, preferably in a multi-product, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is required.
- Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA) or currently working toward certification is strongly preferred.
- Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory (e.g., financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs); strong proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite is required.
- Demonstrated experience in cost analysis and pricing strategy within a multi-product setting is a strong asset.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills; must be able to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
