The Role
We’re expanding our Operations team and have an opportunity for an Operations Field Trainer, located in Fort St. John, BC. In this role you will support Operations Capability Development Lead in the implementation of technical training and competency program, supporting and providing competency assurance for operations team.

The Role
We’re expanding our Operations team and have an opportunity for an Operations Field Trainer, located in Fort St. John, BC. In this role you will support Operations Capability Development Lead in the implementation of technical training and competency program, supporting and providing competency assurance for operations team.
How You Will Contribute
- Support capability development through the implementation of the training and competency program for the field execution team
- Support curriculum development and application, facilitating training based on gaps, organizational needs, and goals
- Design and facilitate onboarding process for the field execution team
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to the field execution team
- Support operations integrity through the development, alignment, and application of technical standards, frameworks, practices, and procedures
- Support competency assurance through gap analysis, demonstrations, skill and knowledge verification, and task observations
- Report on competency assurance: training completion, competence verifications, and gaps related to competency
- Support competency initiatives of other functional teams; HSE, Facilities, Remote Operating Centre
- Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization, championing safety initiatives and leading by example
