Key responsibilities include coordinating alignment with regional teams and site specific commercial, enterprise and business unit strategies, ensuring SC team members and contractors follow safety protocols, and overseeing regional transportation and logistics standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field, as well as 5+ years of leadership experience in supply chain leadership within mining, oil & gas, or heavy industry. You should also possess expertise in procurement, contract negotiations, and supplier management, strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost forecasting, and proficiency in SAP or ERP systems and knowledge of local procurement regulations.
